Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our natural wood finishes and related products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original, unopened condition
  • Be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Include original packaging and documentation
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at infocenter@sectionrangeil.world or call +1 (785) 488-8023 to obtain a return authorization
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please include photos of the damage when contacting us, as this helps us process your claim more quickly.
